SOUNDS FROM A STEEL CITY PANEL PROJECT
This was a large scale mural project created for Wollongong City Council’s Cultural Services and was displayed on the exterior of Wollongong Art Gallery.
The design was based on my love of music and the rock scene in our steel city town.
It took around 70 hours to complete – the design originally being done on computer. It was then printed with a grid on it and redrawn on each panel using a grid system. There were six large panels making up the larger work.
