The Pine Plantations in Bright, Victoria are of epic proportions. When the trees are felled, the landscape looks as though it has been shorn like a sheep – reddish, brown dirt aginst harsh lines of pines that managed to survive the cull.

Below and between the towering pines is a whole other world in Winter. Green moss covers dead branches and remnants of past pine trees that used to stand tall. Fallen pine needles blanket the ground in orange hues – a vast contrasts to the bright green moss.
